Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3. Token Sale

The $HVNA token presale is conducted on the Base blockchain. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Token prices and availability are subject to change based on presale phase progression.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk
Token values can fluctuate dramatically
You may lose your entire investment
Past performance does not guarantee future results

5. No Guarantees

Havana Elephant Global S.A. makes no guarantees regarding:

Future token value or liquidity
Exchange listings
Project completion timelines
Platform launch dates

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding related to $HVNA and Havana Elephant are owned by Havana Elephant Global S.A.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havana Elephant Global S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the token sale.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama.
